Move your nerves and relieve your pain

Ulnar nerve – (traffic police position)

Stand with your arms straight out parallel to the ground and open palm facing outwards. While maintaining the wrist and palm positions bend your elbow and bring the palm next to your ear. The stretch feel would in your little finger and forearm.

Radial nerve – stand in a position of receiving a call on opposite side of the arm being used. Move the whole arm back and outwards accompanied by full arm rotation. The stretch would be felt in your thumb index finger and forearm.
