Sciatic nerve stretch
Sciatic nerve stretch can be done in lying down or sitting position. Lift one leg up and hold it with your hands, then start moving your ankle up and down. The stretch will be felt in back of your thigh, leg and toes. This stretch is always confused by hamstring muscle stretch.
Femoral nerve stretch
Lie down on the stomach facing down. Bend your knee as much as you can and move your ankle up and down. The stretch would in front of you thigh and groin.
