    1. Push the heel of the shoe forward, the harder the better.running shoe
    2. Grab the shoe around the heel and toe and twist it inwards from heel, the firmer the better. However the feel will be different between the 3 shoe types. Motion controlled shoe will be harder to twist compared to a cushioning shoe.running shoe

  1. Grab the heel and hold the toe as shown in Pic below and push the toe part towards heel. If the sole of the shoe bends at top 1/4th that’s a right one but if it bends all around, skip it.running shoe
