- How to check the running shoe
- Push the heel of the shoe forward, the harder the better.
- Grab the shoe around the heel and toe and twist it inwards from heel, the firmer the better. However the feel will be different between the 3 shoe types. Motion controlled shoe will be harder to twist compared to a cushioning shoe.
- Grab the heel and hold the toe as shown in Pic below and push the toe part towards heel. If the sole of the shoe bends at top 1/4th that’s a right one but if it bends all around, skip it.
